Annabel’s, Mayfair

Summer Solstice

To mark the longest day of the year, we organised an unforgettable club takeover party at Annabel's, and I have to say it was one of my personal favourites in terms of visual impact. Drawing inspiration from iconic destinations such as Mykonos and Stonehenge, as well as the magic of midsummer, we created an event that was truly one-of-a-kind.

We adorned the venue with an array of stunning dried florals, which added a touch of ethereal beauty to the space, while the epic visuals served as a feast for the senses. With headliners like Black Coffee bringing their A-game, the atmosphere was electric, and we were thrilled to see the crowds pouring in to join the celebration.

Overall, it was an unforgettable night that perfectly captured the spirit of the season, and we couldn't be more proud of what we accomplished.

As an event producer, I was entrusted with a range of responsibilities that required careful planning, coordination, and execution. From overseeing the removal of all in-house furniture at five restaurants to sourcing and hiring replacement furniture, I left no stone unturned in my quest to create a flawless event.

I worked tirelessly to obtain all necessary licenses and permits, collaborating closely with the local council and TfL to ensure all requirements were met. To keep the event on track, I meticulously planned production schedules, created detailed event briefings and supplier packs, and allocated costumes and H&MU schedules.

Throughout the process, I served as a crucial liaison between the club and our set and lighting providers, ensuring that deadlines were met, schedules were accurate, and everything ran smoothly. In short, I left nothing to chance, and my unwavering attention to detail paid off in the form of a seamless and unforgettable event.
