We were honoured to produce the Birley Clubs Staff Awards, a groundbreaking event that celebrated the remarkable talents and hard work of all 600 staff members across Annabel's, Mark's Club, George, Harry's Bar, and Bath & Racquets.
The event was an unforgettable evening, featuring a glittering awards ceremony hosted by the incomparable Charlie Hides and David Walliams. Guests were treated to electrifying performances by the Kimono Bros. and LANNKA, who kept the party going well into the early hours.
It was truly an incredible night of recognition, appreciation, and celebration, and we were honoured to have played a role in bringing it to life.
In my capacity as a producer for this project, I played a pivotal role in bringing the awards ceremony to life. My primary focus was on curating a truly exceptional experience for all attendees.
I collaborated closely with the club managers to identify the most deserving nominees and allocated the respective awards. In addition, I was responsible for sourcing the trophies, working closely with the graphic design team on all award collateral, and coordinating trophy engraving to ensure a seamless and professional look.
To ensure the success of the event, I also worked tirelessly on artist advancing and liaison on the night, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Additionally, I took the lead on furniture hire and production schedules, leaving no detail overlooked.
Overall, my goal was to create an unforgettable and truly spectacular awards ceremony that celebrated the incredible talent and hard work of every member of the Birley Clubs staff.
