Charitable endeavours always hold a special place on my event calendar, and this one in particular is a personal favourite. In support of the Carings Family Foundation's noble conservation efforts in the Amazon rainforest, we are proud to transform Annabel's into the heart of the lush rainforest itself, with stunning floral and set installations adorning the entire club.
Throughout the month of September, we will host an array of unique fundraising and cultural events, all designed to raise awareness about the crucial importance of rainforest conservation, while simultaneously generating the funds necessary to achieve the Foundation's ambitious goal of planting one million trees in the Amazon.
As a key member of the event production team, my role is multifaceted and essential in ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for all guests. I oversee all logistical and production needs, while also utilising my expertise in entertainment casting, costume sourcing, and allocation to create an immersive and memorable experience.
Collaborating closely with the talented Tatiana Kharchylava, I play a vital role in bringing her inspired design vision to life in each unique space. Together, we aim to deliver an awe-inspiring celebration that truly encapsulates the magic of the Amazon, and the importance of preserving its precious ecosystem for generations to come.
